Additional Information

In October 2025 RES submitted additional information in response to queries raised by Scottish Borders Council. Electronic copies of the additional information can be viewed or downloaded by clicking on the links below. 
You can also view electronic copies of the planning application on the Energy Consents Unit’s (ECU) website by searching for application ECU00005049 at https://www.energyconsents.scot/ApplicationSearch.aspx.

In addition, a hard copy of the planning application is available for public viewing at Coldstream Library, Gateway Centre, 73 High Street, Coldstream, TD12 4AE. Please contact the library for opening times.

A statutory consultation period was held by the ECU to enable the public, as well as key consultees, to submit formal representations on the proposal. The closing date for representations was 19 April 2025. Feedback will be assessed against the proposals and a determination made by Scottish Ministers.
